1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing products, encoding a PCode, earning or claiming VPoints, redeeming rewards, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or services.

2. Eligibility

You may use PCodePH Rewards only if you are legally allowed to enter into agreements under applicable laws. If you are below the age of majority in your location, you must use the website only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration and Security

4. Products and Product Information

PCodePH Rewards may display physical products, digital products, PCode-related products, rewards, offers, promotions, and related information. We aim to provide accurate product details, images, pricing, descriptions, availability, and eligibility information.

However, product images, colors, packaging, descriptions, specifications, and availability may vary due to supplier changes, display differences, stock conditions, or system updates.

• We may correct typographical, pricing, stock, or system errors at any time.
• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance if there is an error, stock issue, payment issue, or eligibility concern.

5. PCode Use and Validation

A PCode is a product-linked code used to verify eligible purchase activity inside PCodePH Rewards. PCodes may be required for earning VPoints, activating account-related benefits, or participating in certain reward features.

You agree that:

• Each PCode must come from a legitimate eligible product or approved transaction.
• You must not guess, generate, copy, sell, transfer, manipulate, or misuse PCodes.
• Repeated invalid attempts may result in account review, temporary restriction, or suspension.
• Encoding a PCode does not guarantee approval if the code is invalid, already used, expired, cancelled, refunded, or linked to a suspicious transaction.

6. VPoints

VPoints are reward points used within the PCodePH Rewards platform. VPoints may be generated from eligible PCode activity, approved purchases, promotions, or other program rules determined by us.

6.1 No Cash Value

Unless expressly stated by us in writing, VPoints are not cash, electronic money, currency, securities, deposits, investment products, or stored value instruments. VPoints are platform-based reward credits and may only be used according to our program rules.

6.2 No Guaranteed Income

PCodePH Rewards does not guarantee income, profit, investment return, salary, passive income, or fixed monetary earnings. Any reward, point, benefit, or promotional value depends on applicable program rules, eligibility, availability, and system validation.

6.3 Adjustments and Reversals

We may adjust, withhold, deduct, expire, cancel, or reverse VPoints if they were created by mistake, fraud, abuse, refund, chargeback, duplicate activity, cancelled order, system error, or violation of these Terms.

6.4 Expiration and Program Changes

VPoints may be subject to expiration, limits, claim windows, conversion rules, redemption thresholds, or other conditions. We may update the VPoints system, earning rules, redemption values, or availability at any time, subject to applicable laws.

7. Rewards and Redemption

Rewards may include products, vouchers, digital items, account benefits, promotional items, or other benefits made available in the rewards catalog. Rewards are subject to eligibility, available stock, required VPoints, claim limits, verification, and program rules.

• Reward availability may change without prior notice.
• Reward claims may be reviewed before approval or release.
• We may reject claims connected to suspicious, fraudulent, or invalid activity.
• Rewards may not be transferable unless expressly allowed by us.
• Reward images and descriptions are for presentation and may vary from actual items.

If a reward becomes unavailable after a claim, we may offer an alternative, restore the deducted VPoints, or provide another resolution at our reasonable discretion.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayMongo or other supported payment channels. By making a payment, you agree to follow the terms, policies, and verification procedures of the applicable payment provider.

• Orders may remain unpaid until payment confirmation is received.
• Payment confirmation may depend on payment gateway processing, webhook confirmation, bank processing, or provider review.
• We are not responsible for delays, downtime, declined payments, or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, disputed transactions, or unauthorized payment activity may result in account review or cancellation of benefits.

9. Orders, Delivery, Cancellations, and Refunds

Order processing, delivery schedules, shipping fees, courier availability, and fulfillment timelines may vary based on product type, location, payment status, stock availability, and operational conditions.

9.1 Physical Products

Physical product orders may require recipient information, delivery address, shipping fees, and courier handling. Delivery delays may occur due to incorrect address details, logistics issues, weather conditions, courier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
